This quiet jewel is right up our ally! I had been to Cabo a few times and I was over the all inclusive, and often, very loud crowded hotels. To make this trip more relaxing, and fun, we decided to rent a car from the Cabo airport in San Jose Del Cabo, and a condo on the ocean at the famous beach Costa Azul. The car rental experience was a bit frustrating. We booked through Westjet Vacations and paid for the rental, or so we thought. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the agency we had to pay another 300 USD for the rental of the car. Turns our that our Westjet rental agreement only holds the reservation, and then they charge you a fee for that. If you book a car, its better to book through the rental agency, this way you get all the collision and third party liability coverage, and you are not surprised by extra fees at check-in. Sounds familiar, we had a similar experience in Cancun in 2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ok, onto the accommodation, this condo was booked through AirBNB, and we have to say it was fabulous! Easy to find and access, gated property right on the beach. Our 1 bedroom suite was on the ground floor with access to, and overlooking the 3 pools, through the amazing landscaped palms, right at the white sandy beach and ocean, all visible from the bedroom and patio.<\/p>\n\n\n
